Warren Buffett's Secret

Creating Your Inflection Point to Wealth, TIME, and Security

99% of Warren Buffett’s total net worth (Approximately $81.5 Billion of his $84.5 Billion) occurred after the age of 65.

After the age of 65 – when most people think about retiring – Buffett gained almost ALL of his total net worth.

Warren Buffett is certainly a savvy investor. Why? The key is he started learning how to invest when he was very young, and it took a period of many, many years before he hit what I call “inflection points”.

Inflection points are where your net worth due to the compounding effect, starts to take off.

It's the reverse of what most of us do in our lives.

Now, I'm not Warren Buffett, not even close, but I also started investing when I was very young at age 22 in my locale with rental properties. And while I don't have billions of dollars, I have found that similar to Warren Buffett, my net worth after the age of 50 started to escalate quickly. It was around age 60 that it escalated very rapidly, compared to what I’ve built over the previous years.

Why is this? Is it because I became a lot smarter? No, there's a compound effect when keeping your money invested during markets that go up, sideways, or down.

This held equally true for me in alternative investing (what we do in Freedom Founders). Alternative investments are where the greatest inefficiencies are – There are always great opportunities.

Now, Warren Buffett invests in a little bit of everything, but he focuses on the inefficiencies, his knowledge base and the access that he has to great companies, real estate, railroads, etc. He makes a mark of that.

It's difficult for us to do that when we're busy with our businesses and our families.

Good investing for dentists, or for any professionals, can be hard to achieve.

In fact, most people push off this idea of investing capital or retirement planning to other people. They delay it thinking, “I'll get there someday.” Completely wrong approach

You've got to start now. Wherever you are, start with something. Whether you are in your 30’s, 40’s or 50’s, if you think you have a lot of time, you don't.

Start now. But don’t just put money wherever. Take the time to learn how to invest successfully. Way too many people play the traditional investment game of just putting their money in different Wall Street products. “I'll put some money in annuities, I'll put some money in whole life insurance. I'll put some in ETFs and I'll put some money in a 401k.” They do so as if that's supposed to add up. There's no orchestration or planning. There's no congruency to make it all work together.

You have to focus on a very narrow arena, while still remaining diversified. Focus on something that will give you that inflection point that Warren Buffett found.

That's what we do in Freedom Founders.

That's the benefit of a community – access, education, leverage, the right property opportunities, the right investments. The right alternative investments to build that net worth so that when you are at that “Retirement Age” you can reduce your active income without hesitation or doubts. You can live off the passive income from your investments.

You’ve worked hard for many years. You deserve to be able to buy back your time when you want, instead of saying, “Well, this is all I’ve got, this is my nest egg, Mr. Financial Advisor, is that enough to carry me forward?” They’ll say, “Well, you should just retire and keep practicing. Because we never know.”

There is a better way. If you become a more sophisticated investor with access points (with the right people) instead of having a nest egg that's depleted over the years, your nest egg will grow. Whether you are 55, 60, 65, that nest egg is not all you’ll have.

Learn how to be a sophisticated investor and you’ll gain that knowledge base.

Find the right people to work with, the right access points to the right investments just like Warren Buffett did. But unlike Warren Buffett, you don’t have to learn to do it all yourself and wait decades before reaching your inflection point. That's the model I present to you today.

Don't abdicate your financial future to other people or to typical models of the past years. The world is changing. Learn to adapt.

To your freedom!
