What kind of questions are you asking today?

The best questions get you the best answers, and the best answers move you in the right direction.

When someone asks me what my net worth is… I tell them that is the wrong question to ask.

The right question to ask is: how much sustainable, passive cash flow do I have on a monthly basis?

Too many people get hung up on big numbers.

People only know to ask what they have been trained to ask.

The real question is, what are you doing with your net worth?

People like to stack up their assets. But with a lot of equity, what does it all produce?

Net worth is only good if it produces something for you – specifically predictable, sustainable, passive cash flow.

If someone optimizes their net worth, then they are better off than someone else who might have more net worth than them.

Do you know how to put your cash into capital assets like real estate that will create sustainable, passive cash flow?

Can you take time off from managing your assets to live your life?

There is a lot more that goes into the question “What is your net worth?”
