My Golden Rules Of Real Estate Investing

As promised, here are my Golden Rules of Real Estate Investing that will keep you safe in any market – up, down or sideways:

  1. Invest – never speculate
  2. Cash flow – first and foremost
  3. Right property; right market
  4. Due diligence – property and manager/joint venture partner
  5. No solo – don't try this without a mentor or coach

Simple, but straightforward. I see at least one of these rules broken by wanna-be real estate investors every week.

Why…? We don't know what we don't know.

Real estate is the best asset class for building wealth and passive cash flow…but you need some guidance on the process.

Accept the fact that no one knows everything about real estate, and never will, no matter what they say or may claim. Ironically, that’s great news, as this business will NEVER get boring!
